The Flat Scraper is a great tool for efficiently cultivating between rows in a bed or doing quick cleanup after a crop is removed from an area. It has delightful action: scrape, gentle tug, scrape, gentle tug, done. The angle of this tool is designed for shallow cultivation of small weeds—where it slices through the soil like butter—but the angle is not open enough for the chopping action involved in breaking up unworked soil.
