Frisee Endive

This chicory, in the daisy family, is often found in gourmet mesclun mixes, but has many other uses as well. One recipe that we're eager to try this fall, when both Brussels sprouts and this endive are enjoying the cool weather, is Frisee Endive Salad with Warm Brussels Sprouts and Toasted Pecans.
