Amaranth microgreens are tiny but powerful, giving a mouth feel reminiscent of alfalfa sprouts and a flavor that is mild, not spicy, with quiet notes of spinach and corn. Great on tacos or sandwiches. One ounce of seed will grow 10-20 batches in our windowsill microgreens trays.
