Because living and perishable products cannot normally be restocked after opening or shipping, contact support before sending anything back. Product-quality concerns are reviewed through our support process.

Supplies & Accessories

Contact support with the order number before starting a return. Approved items must be returned using the instructions provided for that request.

Refund timing: Approved refunds return to the original payment method after processing.
