This lily species boasts dozens of small flowers with tall stems. They can take longer to grow but are well worth the wait. If spring planted, martagons are most likely to grow and bloom the following year. Their beautiful blooms have the same recurved, spotted petals and pollen-drenched stamens as classic lilies, but their overall appearance is very different.
